Learn practical insights on cultivating a healthier workplace culture, advancing customer experience, and building teams that go beyond “smart” to truly thrive. Don’t miss this opportunity to rethink your hiring approach and unlock the power of healthy leadership. Come learn how we hire for healthy and how we can HELP YOU! More on the 3 C’s: 1. Character—a person’s work ethic, honesty, and loyalty. Do they have the confidence to take the initiative and the bravery to accept responsibility for issues? Do they understand what you’re attempting to do and can act without being told? 2. Chemistry—it’s important that a member of the team connect with your organization’s culture. To make sure that each new team member has the correct chemistry to fit with the team, you can utilize personality tests or conduct a series of interviews with multiple team members that ask behavior-based question about your core values. 3. Competence—do they have the technical skills to complete the job? It is a good strategy to discuss which skills are non-negotiable and which can be taught or upgraded.
