Bob’s career highlights showcase his exceptional skills in transitioning company cultures from autocratic to empowering, utilizing DMAIC and Kaizen processes to enhance retention, and launching divisions that significantly increased sales. His strategic approach to opening new locations, retooling inventory and operations models, and implementing key systems such as ERP, has consistently led to improved sales and EBITDA.

As a President and CFO, Bob has led companies through critical negotiations, debt financing transactions, and reorganization programs to remain competitive. His forward-looking approach is evident in his development of dashboards for tracking performance and conducting pricing analysis to identify profit improvement opportunities.
