David Medansky

David Medansky is known as ‘The Health Guy’ because he loves being the example of how to live a healthy life.

David helps individuals age 40+ go from feeling tired, embarrassed, and frustrated to energetic, admired, and being healthier without breaking the bank. After all, isn’t that what most of want?

David struggled with his own weight issues until July 2016 when his doctor told him, based on his lab results and that he was fat, he had a 95 percent chance of having a fatal heart attack. That was his wake-up call. During the next four months, David shed 50 pounds, almost 25 percent of his total body weight and more importantly, he has kept it off.

David understands your frustrations and challenges to be healthy.

In June 2022, at age 67, David hiked up Mt. Kilimanjaro.

His mission is to help others to adopt a healthier lifestyle so they can enjoy and participate in life rather than being a spectator.

David has written five books on health and weight-loss. His most recent book, “Jaded Health” provides 9 Simple Golden Rules for Living a Healthy Life, plus alerting the reader to the deceptive marketing tactics used by the food, pharmaceutical, and weight-loss industries, to manipulate them into purchasing their products and services that give false hope or simply do not work.
