Theodore Basil
A Leading Mentor in Communication and Transformation
Theodore Basil is a highly accomplished mentor in communication for success and the celebrated author of the groundbreaking book The Power of Asking Good Questions to the Right People. Born to Greek migrant parents, Theodore’s early years were shaped by humble beginnings, living behind his family’s café in the small town of Kerang, Australia. At nine, his family moved to Melbourne, where he grew up in the vibrant suburb of Prahran, an environment that further fuelled his creativity and ambition.
Theodore’s first passion was music. He studied classical music at a university entrance level before venturing into the dynamic world of rock. As a pianist and keyboardist, he played with some of Australia’s leading rock bands, sharing the stage with legendary acts such as The Eagles and AC/DC.
These formative years nurtured his artistic talent and shaped his life’s philosophy. It was during this time that he discovered the SUPERPOWERS of patterns—recognising the interconnectedness of actions, behaviours, and outcomes.
This keen ability to identify and leverage patterns became the cornerstone of Theodore’s career. Over the years, he has unravelled the mysteries of wealth, psychology, business, and relationships through studying Financial Planning, Psychotherapy and NLP.
Whereby he forged a reputation as a transformative mentor for high achievers.
His flagship program, Results versus Reasons, fosters a dynamic group environment where participants experience what he calls the “Magic Transformation” of quantum conscious awakening. His clients—CEOs, elite athletes, and business leaders—unlock their potential for unparalleled success through sharing, learning, and growth.
Beyond mentoring professionals, Theodore is deeply committed to social impact. He is passionate about elevating youth mental wellness and reducing the tragic rates of youth suicide in our communities. His dedication to this cause reflects his belief in the transformative power of connection, understanding, and resilience.
Theodore Basil’s life journey—from a small-town café to the world stage and now to the hearts and minds of those he mentors—is a testament to the power of self-awareness, purpose, and the art of asking the right questions.
